The Menu-Safe system, originally created in 2008, is a globally recognized and simplified Food Safety Management System (FSMS) based on the Codex HACCP approach and Good Hygiene Practices (GHP). It is designed specifically for hospitality, catering, and food service operations to ensure compliance, consistency, and continual improvement in food safety.

TSI has created a special version of the Menu-Safe HACCP system for Sharjah Municipality as part of its efforts to enhance food safety standards across the Emirate.
The system has been approved by Sharjah Municipality since 2014 and is an integral part of the Sharjah Food Safety Program (SFSP).
