• Intended for: Food Safety Managers and Food Safety Consultants and Trainers.

• Duration: 28 Hours

Pre-requisites

• Attend the TSI Food Safety Level 4 training at a TSI-approved training center (or) provide proof of completion of Advanced Food Safety Level 4 training from a recognized training center or certification body.

• In addition to the above, the candidate must hold either a diploma/degree in a food safety-related field (or) have at least two years of experience in the food industry.

• For students: A letter (or similar evidence) from the university or college confirming ongoing enrollment in a food safety-related degree program is required.

  
  

Certification Process

• Apply through a TSI-approved training company or via TSI’s official channels.

• Sign the agreement and submit your personal information.

• Attend and complete the examination.

• Obtain your examination results and certification from the training company or via TSI’s official channels.

Accreditation

TSI is accredited by the Emirates International Accreditation Centre (EIAC) as an Awarding Body for Food Safety Level 4. The accreditation is in accordance with ISO 17024 – Conformity assessment – General requirements for bodies operating certification of persons.​
